6.Choco Cake

 Choco cake

 Ingredients

·         500 g butter, melted

·         500 g granulated sugar

·         8 eggs, medium

·         500 g self-rising flour

·         Orange zest, of 2 orange

·         4 vanilla pods, powder

·         50 g cocoa powder, sifted

·         6 tablespoon milk,

 Method

Preheat oven to 160 c.

Grease and flour round cake pan.

Beat the butter and sugar in a mixer, until it dissolves completely.

Add the eggs, and continue beating.

You can break them open in a bowl.

Add the vanilla and orange zest.

Add half of the flour into the mixture.

Add the remaining flour and gently fold into the mixture with a spatula.

Add half of the mixture to the cake pan, or enough to completely cover the bottom.

In a small bowl, combine 6 tablespoons of milk with the cocoa powder.

Add the chocolate paste to the remaining half of the cake batter.

Use a knife to create swirls in the batter.

Bake for 40 minutes
