10. Chocolate cake

 Chocolate cake

Ingredients

1.    Unsalted butter 500g

2.    Dark chocolate melts 360g

3.    Caster sugar (500g) 8 eggs

4.    Plain flour  (300g)

5.    Cocoa  (80g)

 Method

1. Melt butter and choc melts in microwave, stir.

2. Add sugar and eggs later add flour and cocoa.mix it well

3. Cook in lined 8-inch round tin for 1 hour

4. Let cool in tin. Serve with whipped cream
