Vanilla cake
Ingredient
1. Wheat flour, all-purpose flour 1 gal 1/2 qts
2. 2. Oil, salad 4 cup
3. Sugar 3 qts
4. Milk 1 cup
5. Baking powder 1/2 cup
6. Salt 1 table spoon
7. Water 1 qts 2 cup
8. Egg white 3 1/4 cup
9. Vanilla 1/2 cup
10. Non-stick cooking spray 1/4 cup
· Place flour in mixer bowl. Add oil while mixing.
· Add powdered sugar, milk, baking powder and salt; add to flour-oil mixture
· Mix water, egg whites and vanilla.
· Lightly spray each pan with non-stick cooking spray.
· In convection oven, bake at 325 f. For 35 minutes
