Chocolate brownies
Ingredients
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cup caster sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• a of cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup plain flour
• a pinch of salt
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
Method
1. Melt the butter, add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
2. Beat with flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa powder.
3. Pour greased tin
4. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
